ON ICE COACH

I grew up playing for the Providence Capitals. I played my junior hockey in the BCHL. I played collegiate hockey at the United States Military Academy. I spent my first two years playing for the Rochester Americans in the Buffalo Sabres Organization. Last year I played for the Charlotte Checkers - Florida Panthers affiliate. MATTHEW FAWCETT

ON ICE COACH

I grew up playing youth hockey for the Providence Capitals organization before I moved onto junior hockey in the USHL and BCHL. I competed at the NCAA Division I level, spending two years at Quinnipiac University and two years at the University of Maine, and later earned my MBA from Salve Regina University. Following my playing career, I transitioned into high-performance player development, contributing to the Providence Capitals skills program before building the Jr. Mounties program from the ground up as Program Director. In addition, I currently serve as an assistant coach at Roger Williams University at the NCAA level and scout for the Youngstown Phantoms (USHL) and the Maryland Black Bears (NAHL). I am also Power Edge Pro (PEP) certified, delivering one of the most advanced modern training systems in the game.
